Private residential work often begins with a house that no longer reflects the way its owners live. Sometimes the issue is space, sometimes light, sometimes a lack of connection between rooms, garden, and daily routines. The brief may sound simple, but the real task is usually to rethink how the home works as a whole.
Our role is to look carefully at what already exists, understand what matters most to the client, and develop a response that feels calm, practical, and lasting. That might mean a modest extension, a full reconfiguration, or a new-build home shaped around site, context, and long-term use.
